Responsibilities
- Develop strategies for all Marketing verticals
- Establish, monitor, and report on departmental goals
- Design branding and growth strategies
- Ensure brand messaging is consistent across all channels
- Assess consumer behavior and determine customer personas
- Pinpoint opportunities to reach new market segments
- Monitor competition, including price changes and new products
- Manage marketing efforts to boost brand awareness
- Contribute to the planning of company objectives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, Master's preferred
- 5+ years of marketing experience
- Knowledge of SEO, Facebook, and Google Ads
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to handle confidential information
