Therapist (Hybrid/Flexible Schedule/$15k bonus)

We seek a dedicated and empathetic Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have interest and/or experience working with individuals dealing with eating disorders, substance abuse, behavioral health, gender identity, and gender dysphoria. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team that provides comprehensive care tailored to each client's unique needs.

Schedule Example: 3-10 hour days onsite and 1- 10 hour day working from your home office ; consecutive or split days
Salary Range: $54k-$70k (depending on experience) plus a $15,000 bonus

Using a holistic and multidisciplinary approach, we treat patients with all eating disorders as well as co-occurring addictions and disorders. Responsibilities Include
- Providing individual and group therapy sessions
- Address co-morbidities such as substance abuse, anxiety, depression, etc.
- Provide support for clients dealing with gender identity and gender dysphoria issues
- Serving as liaison with families and outpatient providers
- Participating in admissions, discharge, and aftercare planning
- Therapeutic meal support, while modeling a healthy relationship with food
- Provides safe, empathetic, and affirming care for each client and their unique circumstance based on the clients' intersecting identities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in clinical counseling or related discipline
- Commitment to providing inclusive, compassionate care.
- Prior experience with a higher level of care, eating disorders, and/or addictions is helpful
- License eligible
