Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a RN/LPN at Maxim Healthcare Services in Pittsburgh, PA. The RN/LPN will be responsible for providing skilled nursing care, administering medication, monitoring patient conditions, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and ensuring the well-being of patients.
Qualifications
- Patient assessment, medication administration, and wound care skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills
- Current RN/LPN license in Pennsylvania
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Experience in home healthcare or long-term care is a plus
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
