Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team and drive our capital-raising efforts. You will play a crucial role in securing investment capital from a diverse range of investors as well as working with existing investors.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive fundraising strategies to attract investment capital from institutional investors, high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and other sources.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with potential investors, building rapport and trust through effective communication and networking.
- Prepare compelling investment presentations, pitch decks, and marketing materials to showcase our lending products and investment opportunities.
- Coordinate investor meetings, presentations, and due diligence processes, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for prospective investors.
- Provide ongoing communication and support to existing investors, addressing inquiries, providing updates on investment performance, and fostering long-term relationships.
- Stay informed of market trends, investor preferences, and regulatory changes to inform fundraising strategies and tactics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in fundraising, investor relations, capital markets, or a related role, preferably within the real estate or financial services industry.
- Proven track record of successfully raising capital from institutional investors, high-net-worth individuals, and other sources.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
