Marketing Manager - Content and Operations
ESC’s premier clients’ Device Solutions team is seeking a self-driven Marketing Manager to help launch and drive awareness and adoption of a new b2b solution. In this role, you will be responsible for driving strategy, development, and execution of high-impact marketing content, email marketing and operational workflows, as well as marketing campaigns on a range of digital platforms. This includes Channel Marketing, Content Marketing, Digital Marketing Campaigns, Email Marketing, Marketing Analytics, Market Automation, Marketing Communications, Marketing Strategy and Marketing Writing. The ideal candidate has an interest in technology, an entrepreneurial spirit, and a successful track record in building and executing integrated marketing campaigns. This role is a hybrid position, reporting 1-2 days on site in New York, NY.
Job responsibilities:
Develop and execute end-to-end email marketing campaigns, including list management, content creation, automation, and reporting
Leverage internal systems and tools to build, schedule, and optimize email workflows and nurture sequences
Continuously test and refine email elements to improve engagement and conversions
Oversee the creation of engaging, conversion-focused content across digital channels (web, social, email, etc.)
Partner with cross-functional teams to ideate, produce, and optimize assets like videos, blog posts, web pages, and digital ads
Establish a scalable content production process to ensure consistent, high-quality output
Analyze performance data to refine the content strategy
Plan and deliver online campaigns as well as campaigns on clients’ .com
Manage a network of outsourced creative and production resources
Design, implement, and maintain marketing automation infrastructure and systems
Develop and optimize lead generation, nurturing, and conversion flows
Oversee marketing analytics and reporting to inform decision-making
Act as a strategic advisor to the broader marketing team
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in a marketing management role
Proven track record of successful marketing strategy and campaign execution
Strong project management and operational skills to coordinate cross-functional efforts
Ability to effectively manage a network of outsourced resources
Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Experience leading and motivating cross-functional teams
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
