POSITION SUMMARY:
Position Summary:
Responsible for strategic and day-to-day management of the agency’s social media and digital advertising, as well as growing and maintaining the JCC’s reputation and brand through identification of media opportunities and the promotion of positive public awareness through external communications.
Principle Duties & Responsibilities: AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Works closely with the Marketing Director and team in the development of short- and long-range goals for the JCC in keeping with the mission and annual operating plan of the agency.
- Develops and manages analytics for all digital assets towards strategic goals.
- Supports the development of processes to continue streamlining coordination of tasks within the Marketing Department to improve integration with the agency’s Salesforce data.
- Drafts press releases, pitches, case studies, white papers, and media summaries, as needed; ensures all communication is cohesive with brand imaging.
- Provides support for managing the agency’s websites to ensure that they remain current and relevant.
- Manages and monitors all social media including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and blogs across the agency.
- Manages and grows online presence and develops creative ways to drive traffic to agency assets.
- Builds relationships with new media contacts and maintains relationships with existing ones.
- Tracks and analyzes media coverage to inform future campaigns.
- Measures Public Relations program impacts using established reporting techniques.
- Utilizes strong marketing, analytical and insights skills with demonstrated experience in determining metrics, analyzing data, creating reports, assessing digital campaigns, social and email performance, and optimization in real time when feasible.
- Possesses expert knowledge and demonstrated experience with email service providers, social media platforms, digital advertising tools and content curation.
- Proposes digital marketing solutions and develops, executes, and leads digital marketing campaigns; collaborates with digital advertising vendors to obtain optimal results.
- Possesses knowledge in the use of Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Grants, Tag Manager and Excel.
- Provides support for email marketing, as needed.
- Creates appropriate Salesforce reports for marketing campaigns.
- Routinely researches new technical information and recommends and implements, as needed.
- Supports Development with creative donor marketing, writing and Classy Donation platform.
- Experienced in managing marketing campaigns, public relations efforts, and communications strategies.
- Experienced in promoting and marketing events, especially large-scale community events.
- Possesses knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and content management systems.
- Is proficient in using marketing software, graphic design tools (like Adobe Creative Suite), and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Maintains strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Works effectively with other key JCC departments to provide effective and efficient service delivery.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Journalism or related field with at least 2 years experience in a nonprofit, community-focused, or Jewish organization.
Physical Qualifications:
While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to use hands to touch, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand and walk. Occasionally the employee is required to sit. The employee is frequently required to lift up to 25 pounds and occasionally required to lift up to 40 pounds. The vision requirements include: close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Must be able to obtain or possess PA Criminal History Clearance, PA Child Abuse Clearance, FBI Clearance, PA Mandated Reporter Training, First Aid/CPR Certification, Health Assessment, TB Test.
