Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role at Kingstown Pediatrics located in North Kingstown, RI. The role involves providing nursing care and support to pediatric patients. The responsibilities include administering medications, performing physical assessments, collaborating with the healthcare team, educating patients and families, and providing compassionate care to children of all ages. Position is part time two days a week with opportunity for additional days/hours in the future. Position also will include one night a week and one weekend a month call.
Qualifications
- Nurse Practitioners and Pediatric Nursing skills
- Experience in primary care and medicine
- Knowledge of nursing practices and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team and multi-task
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Current nursing license and CPR certification
- Experience in pediatric care or related field is preferred
- Board Certified
