You should have senior care experience in Geriatrics, Internal Medicine, Hospitalist, etc. Candidates experienced with capitated, integrated care delivery models including Medicare Shared Savings Programs, BPCI, or other Value Based Care Models, will receive priority consideration.This is an opportunity to build a world class clinical model helping seniors age in place with dignity and access to all the care they require. You will help build a community-based services model, creating a culturally competent and scalable PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) program.This is a key role. Working with an experienced leadership team, you will support the design and development of a proven clinical model and lead the day-to-day clinical operations for a system of providing care for underserved seniors incorporating all facets of their life and culture. The employer has significant funding to launch this program initially aiming to care for about 500 individuals.As Medical Director, you will oversee all clinical teams and will have a hands-on clinical role seeing patients and managing Nurse Practitioners and other staff. You will determine the best care model, whether continuing directly or supervising a small panel of other providers. Working with the Operations Director, you will interact with regulatory agencies and ensure compliance as needed.You will earn a highly competitive compensation package with a salary of $325K or more based on experience.
