Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced crane professional to join our learning and development team as a Training Coordinator. This person will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training programs tailored to technicians and service personnel involved in the installation, maintenance, and repair of overhead cranes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and facilitate hands-on training sessions and workshops focused on the technical aspects of cranes, including operations and maintenance procedures.
- Ensure training materials are accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with industrial and governmental standards and best practices.
- Actively participate in various governmental and professional organizations whose activities have an impact on the best interests of the Company.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and various feedback mechanisms to continuously improve program quality.
- Work with designers to develop training documentation, manuals, and instructional guides to supplement learning initiatives.
- Travel, as necessary to carry out the various training activities and functions of the job, and to reinforce training as needed, at the company branch level.
- Prepare quarterly, at a minimum, reports to AEH management on the activities of the training program, including but not limited to the number of training modules conducted, feedback from students, training success rate for students, any needed changes to the curriculum during the coming year, as well as future needs of the training program.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the overall operation of cranes, servicing, installations, etc.
- Strong presentation skills, ability to answer questions and explain the training program in multiple ways.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational skills relative to the overall tracking, scheduling and operation of the program.
- Ability to influence and lead without direct authority.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Possess a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (primarily Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint) preferred.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time, non-exempt position; typical work hours and days are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m, in office.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit and talk or hear, use hands to finger, grasp, handle, feel or operate objects, tools or controls. The employee is occasionally required to balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach with hands and arms, walk; lift push or pull objects up to 20 pounds. Hand-eye coordination necessary to operate computers and various pieces of office equipment. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
