How You'll Contribute
Responsibilities and Expectations:
A) DESIGN & MANAGE CONTENT (CMS, VISUAL DESIGN, PHOTOGRAPHY/EDITING, SOCIAL MEDIA)
- Proficiently manage leading Content Management Systems (CMS) like Shopify and Magento, ensuring website and product catalog optimization.
- Craft or manage visually stunning content utilizing tools like Adobe Photoshop and Adobe InDesign.
- Create and edit visual assets and brand photography to enhance brand presence.
- Strengthen the organization's brand through strategic use of social media platforms.
B) CREATE & ANALYZE CAMPAIGNS (SEO, PAID ADS & EMAIL MARKETING)
- Innovate captivating digital marketing campaigns and brand initiatives aligned with marketing and sales goals.
- Harness website analytics to pinpoint optimization opportunities for enhanced search engine performance.
- Monitor campaign effectiveness, providing insights into engagement and growth alongside the decision makers.
- Implement inbound marketing strategies encompassing ads, videos, blogs, social media, email campaigns, and more to attract and engage customers.
- Collaborate with decision makers on budgeting and allocation for campaigns.
What We’re Looking for
Minimum Qualifications/Skills
- 4+ years of marketing experience, coupled with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing.
- Advanced understanding of marketing principles including SEO, paid ads, copywriting, email marketing, and social media.
- Proficiency in marketing software and platforms such as Photoshop, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent verbal and written English skills, along with proficiency in photography and editing.
- Strong & modern visual design abilities.
- Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, organizational, and prioritization skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate with upper management and senior business partners.
- High attention to detail and accuracy, coupled with a passion for creative content creation.
- Tech-savvy with basic knowledge of AI, such as ChatGPT, and its applications.
