Salary/Hourly Rate
$150k – $200k
Position Overview
We seek highly skilled and compassionate Endocrinology Nurse Practitioners to join our client’s team! Endocrinology Nurse Practitioners will provide a high level of care to residents in a long-term care setting. This role involves diagnosing and treating illnesses, prescribing medication, and promoting overall health and wellness.
Responsibilities Of The Endocrinology Nurse Practitioners
- Assess and treat patients with endocrinology diseases and conditions.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments to diagnose illnesses, injuries, and other health concerns.
- Prescribe medications, order diagnostic tests, and interpret results to determine appropriate treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records for all residents.
- Provide counseling to all residents and their families.
- Manage chronic conditions and monitor progress.
- Collaborate with Physicians, Nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.
Qualifications For The Endocrinology Nurse Practitioners
- Experience in Endocrinology.
- Compassionate and empathetic bedside manner.
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a part of a Healthcare team.
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Education Requirements
- An active Nurse Practitioner License is required.
- DEA license is required.
