Requirements:
- NBCRNA - REQUIRED
- Active IA License or Compact License - REQUIRED
- Must be available for Full Time coverage - REQUIRED (Minimum 2-3 weeks per month)
- Open Heart Experience - HIGHLY PREFERRED (Note if provider has experience or not and how many years)
- Note if provider is open to weekend call coverage - REQUIRED
- BLS ACLS PALS - REQUIRED
- COVID vaccine - REQUIRED
- MUST be able to meet the rate caps listed above - REQUIRED
