Requisition Description
Position Responsibilities:
Responsible for performing Dealer Onboarding activities and Smart Auction ID processing in the Remarketing Department.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the document packages received are complete and accurate.
- Process group document packages in a timely manner.
- Follow onboarding processes and procedures to ensure all systems are updated accurately.
- Communicate with sales team and cross functional partners to reconcile any issues related to an onboard.
- Process User ID requests and communicate with Dealer Users.
- Account Maintenance Activities.
- Assist with monitoring shared mailbox.
- Assist with Ad Hoc team projects.
- Support and engage in SmartAuction business unit initiatives as necessary to support overall product growth and process improvements.
Tools or Technologies:
Strong knowledge of PC applications including MS Office and Excel
Skills:
- A detail-oriented individual with experience in a remarketing, auto, or contract administration environment. Business related college degree or equivalent training preferred.
- Strong knowledge of PC applications including MS Office and Excel.
- High level of oral and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with others.
- Strong organizational and planning skills

Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $35,000- $40,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
