Job Description:
Roessel Joy is seeking an energetic and motivated individual to join our team as a Social Media Marketing Specialist. This role will play an integral role in the company’s marketing campaign. This part-time position will provide you with the opportunity to apply your skills and gain broad experience in all aspects of marketing!

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with and manage our Marketing Freelancer on website designs and blog posts for both Roessel Joy and Solaris
- Content creation and scheduling social media campaigns on Instagram, LinkedIn, company websites, and email
- Collaborate with our Marketing Agency on marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Familiarize yourself with our website platform and be able to make changes and upload material as needed
- PowerPoint Presentation Creation
- Create Digital and Graphic Designs for social media and the company website
- Photography, Videography, and Reel creation of company events and new hires
- Project-manage development of new marketing materials
- Assist with planning and execution of company initiatives (Volunteering, DEI)
- Work with Talent Acquisition to assist with the promotion of Career Fairs and other events
- Template creation for new hires, blog posts, etc.
- Ad Hoc Marketing projects as requested
Qualifications:
- BA/BS Candidate in Marketing or Digital Design Required
- Total of 15-20 Hours per Week (At least 1 Day in Office)
- Experience in Social Media Planning, Analytics, Content Creation & Photography Required
- Proficiency in Canva, Digital Design, Squarespace, Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photo Shop, Illustrator) Required
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for Photography, Videography, and Reels
- Desire to grow and take on more responsibility
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
