Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role as a Resident Care Associate/Med Tech at Palm Bay Memory Care, A Grace Management Community in Palm Bay, FL. The role involves day-to-day care tasks for residents, participation in life enrichment prograns and meal service.
Qualifications
- Must have the desire and temperment to work with residents who have Alzheimer’s disease or related dementias..
- Must be willing/ able to complete a Florida Medication Technician course or have current certification.
- Must be willing/ capable of completing on the job training to become a Resident Care Associate or hold current CNA certification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to provide compassionate care to residents
- Attention to detail and ability to follow care plans effectively.
- Schedule flexibility preferred.
- Shifts available 1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts.
