We are looking for a Brand Manager to join our US team full-time as soon as possible.
The Brand Manager implements US Marketing Campaigns based on overall Category priorities as well as on shopper and customer insights. You will work closely with the Digital team members, Customer Development, and Professional Vet Affairs team to develop tactics to drive sales growth resulting in a market share increase.
Responsibilities:
- Deploy US IMC plan against prioritized local touchpoints
- Design efficient & effective Go-to-Market plans
- Develop the promotional grid for different channels together with Sales, Key Accounts, and the Digital team
- Conduct Pricing Analysis
- Conduct analysis to simplify SKU portfolio
- Perform ROI analysis and provide recommendation
- Track brand health, generate data-driven insights (internal/external), and develop clear recommendations on how to close potential gaps
- Work together with the commercial team to define Budget Reviews/Mid-Year Review volume plans & financial goals by category
Qualifications:
- BS/BA degree or higher
- A proven track record of performance with 3-5 years of work experience in Brand Management
- Business knowledge and understanding of category and brand strategies
- Strategic Consumer Understanding
- Ability to manage different promotions and activation at the same time
- Ability to build good relationships with Local Animal Shelters, Brand Partners, and the Digital Team
- Financial skills to assess promo impacts and build recommendations
