Specialty: Family Medicine Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm All Ages Seen Setting: Walk-in Primary Care Clinic Covid Vaccine Required Qualifications: Board Certified/Eligible Family Medicine Licensure: Any state license - WA license will be needed within 6 months of permanent hire. Certifications: BLS Admin: 8 hours of administrative time allotted per week. Experience: 3 years. OB/ prenatal experience preferred. Dates needed: Immediate - P rimarily perm but open to 6 month locum to perm Credentialing timeframe: 30-60 days Staff: 1 Medical Director, 1 Family Medicine Physician and 3 APCs.
