Job Information:
- Salary: $90,000.00 - $150,000.00
- Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 - 5:00

Job Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for Hematology/oncology patients in an inpatient setting with additional - outpatient clinic duties based on practice need
- Initiate and document appropriate interventions
- Evaluate and record patient and family response within practice protocol
- Prescribe drug therapies per protocol/physician consultation
- Assist in procedures
- Round on patients
- Assess patient and family needs and provide education
- Promote/provide staff education
- Serve as a liaison between inpatient, skilled nursing, and home setting
- Incorporate evidence-based research into clinical practice
- Maintenance of active hospital privileges
- Conduct consults
Job Requirements:
- Current state certification of Nurse Practitioner or current state license as a Physician Assistant
- Current CPR certification required
