One of our public relations agency clients is looking for a Sr. PR Account Executive to join their team for an exciting new full-time role.
This person will work closely with the agency's leadership team to define and drive client goals and strategies, create and execute multi-faceted PR and digital marketing plans, and collaborate and lead team members.
The Sr. PR Account Executive must be strategic, motivated, creative, personable, and resourceful, and have top-notch PR and Marketing planning and execution skills along with strong relationships with key media, influencers, and community/business leaders.
Ideal candidates will have:
- At least 5+ years experience in PR, marketing, communications or journalism (agency experience highly preferred)
- BA degree in PR, marketing, communications, journalism or related field or equivalent experience
- Must demonstrate superior PR planning and execution skills including media relations, social media strategy, follows trends on social media to recommend digital media strategy and content suggestions to increase social media engagement and impressions.
- Must demonstrate excellent PR writing capabilities, (write proposals, press release, message development, social media content, award submission, internal/external communication.
- Must be goal-oriented for clients and bring fresh ideas.
- Must be able to present and pitch new business to grow the agency.
- Experience with social media tactics, tools and networks, including Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn
- Deadline driven

Job Responsibilities:
- Identify new clients.
- Participate in creating and presenting pitches.
- Communicate and build PR, digital and marketing plans.
- Serve as lead with clients to discuss goals, objectives, and needs.
- Ensure all account activities are results-oriented for a variety of clients ranging from nonprofits, automotive, health, hospitality, retail, environmental, elder care, law firms, energy, real estate development, special events, and much more.
- Enjoy working in a robust environment on multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
