Role Description
This is a Full time or part time position Certified Nursing Assistant role located in Toledo, OH. As a Certified Nursing Assistant at SYNERGY HomeCare, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care and support, assisting with activities of daily living, monitoring patients' health conditions, and reporting any changes to the nursing staff.
Qualifications
- Patient care, Vital Signs, and Medical Terminology knowledge
- Experience with Activities of Daily Living (ADL) assistance
- Ability to effectively communicate with patients and their families
- Compassion, empathy, and a strong desire to help others
- Certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Ohio
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
