Position Overview:
As a sales Manager, the Candidate will be responsible to develop the business at big box/Retail stores for Tractors & its attachments. Candidate will work closely with Stores headquarters & its branches, customers, and internal teams to achieve sales targets, provide excellent customer service, and promote brand loyalty. This role requires a strong understanding of the big box/retail store industry, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
New Stores Development across the North America, Identify and prospect new retailers.
Maintaining and nurturing the relationships with stores
Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and increase market share
Conduct regular visits to Stores and its branches to promote products, demonstrate features, and address customer inquiries.
Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring Big box stores/retailers satisfaction and maximizing revenue opportunities.
Ensuring the proper display of the tractors with branding and supporting marketing material. Educating Store managers on tractors, providing them commercial training and motivating to bring focus on tractor sales.
Promoting Retail finance activities at all the branches.
Effectively manage the assigned territory, including forecasting sales, analyzing market trends, and identifying growth opportunities.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the local market, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Monitor and analyze sales data, prepare reports, and provide regular updates to the sales management team.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stores, understanding their requirements and providing personalized solutions.
Participate in sales meetings, training programs, and industry events to stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
Minimum Experience: 5 to 6 years in dealing with big box stores.
