- Collaborate with a team of four regional marketing professionals to drive business goals, objectives, and brand awareness.
- Drive sales and project pursuits by crafting project proposals using InDesign, visually communicating solutions to client needs.
- Support internal marketing and communications initiatives to highlight organizational vision, goals, and policies, increasing employee awareness and engagement.
- Maintain integrity of corporate identity standards and brand, increasing brand awareness to generate new business.
- Use data analytics and market research to identify trends and insights, informing future strategy.
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS
- 3+ Years of marketing experience, preferably in Architecture, Construction, and/or Engineering
- Strong communication and collaboration skills – ability to work with a regional marketing team spread across multiple locations.
- Detail oriented with strong project management skills.
- RFP and proposal experience; using Adobe InDesign to craft proposals/presentations.
- Additional technology requirements: Canva, Asana.
