We have been retained by a Publicly Traded Real Estate Developer with operations throughout the U.S. to help build out their Investor Relations (IR) team starting with a Director of IR. The Director of IR will manage strategic communications to attract investors and access capital.
The ideal candidate will have excellent presentation skills coupled with a demonstrated ability to foster investor confidence. If you have a background in partnering with senior leaders to write press releases and scripts, Please Apply!
You Will:
- Distribute strategic updates and financial reports to investors
- Assist in the organization of quarterly earnings calls, including presentation materials
- Collaborate with the Finance and Marketing teams to compose press releases and ensure a consistent message is communicated in the investment community
- Collect and analyze investor feedback and market intelligence to make recommendations regarding company strategy
- Ensure company compliance by adhering to regulatory requirements related to financial disclosures and reporting
- Coordinate special events for investors and nurture direct engagement with senior leaders
You Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, accounting, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in finance, investment banking, corporate finance, accounting, or financial analysis
- Background in investor relations
- Experience working with public companies and familiarity with regulatory requirements and reporting standards, specifically SEC filings in the U.S
- Strong understanding of accounting, financial modeling, market analysis and valuations
- Excellent presentation skills effectively conveying complex financial information to diverse audiences
