Responsibilities
- This role will be instrumental in driving E-Retail sales, developing relationships with key account digital teams, leveraging commercial opportunities and managing brand representation and marketing
- Define roadmap and strategy for each retailer partners to ensure healthy and ambitious growth of their online business (i.e.)
- Set clear KPIs for E-Retail marketing plans with each partner, regularly reviewing performance to maximize brand opportunities and manage investment allocations
- Build annual budgets and relevant forecasts / demand plans
- Ensure growth is on track with objectives, monitoring, and reporting weekly, monthly E-retail sales and programs by partner
- Implement best in class marketing plans with each retailer across CRM, E-mail placement, site placement, digital media, brand pages, social strategy to drive reach to new and existing customers, including negotiating ongoing organic placements across accounts
- Ensure optimal online site experience, the integration and management of E-retail assets (copy, pack shots, and other digital assets) on retailers.com
- Regularly review and optimize product ranges, ensure quality and quantity of online assortment and online merchandising
- Identify key business drivers and commercial periods to ensure they are supported and leveraged to full potential
- Work alongside e-commerce team to ensure integrated brand representation and shared best practices
- Proactively identify new opportunities to improve operational efficiency and profitability of E-retail business channel
- Facilitate timely product launches (assets, copy, pricing) on retailer.com
- Regularly monitor all E-Retail sites and digital communications to ensure accuracy of images/prices/copy, ensure adequate stock position and ensure that any offers are approved
- Monitor competition best practices and campaign activity
- Manage the implementation and measurement of promotional plans for retail partners
- Work with retail partners to obtain analytics and reporting on co-op programs and overall sales
- Track promotional activity by retailer
- Analyze business performance for each account regularly and identify new opportunities to gain market share
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in online account management, digital marketing, or e-commerce
- Experience and established relationships with some or all prestige retailers
- Strong commercial acumen: can build and manage budgets with P&L understanding
- Exceptional knowledge of digital marketing, and e-commerce best practices, including digital KPIs and measurement
- Highly developed interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Agile and flexible to adapt to situations as needed
