We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager for a top cosmetics company in New York, NY. This is a temp to perm opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Drive traffic, conversion, and return on ad spend for paid and unpaid channels, including affiliates, paid search, paid social media, programmatic, and SEO.
- Provide channel-specific daily, weekly and monthly budgets and forecasts that align with key e-commerce revenue goals.
- Develop and maintain a full-funnel forecasting model (upper, middle, and lower channels) for the US market to inform about lower funnel sessions and sales forecasts, and reseller attributions to brand campaigns.
- Identify revenue forecasting risks along with strategies to fill in the gaps.
- Monitoring of relations with external agencies. Review agency reports and run internal reports to track performance, identify trends and insights to efficiently optimize and scale channels to meet sales goals.
- Manage workflow for iterative testing and collaborate with agencies to evaluate new partnerships, new products, and programs to increase traffic, expand the reach and improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal teams to establish best practices for low-channel media and optimize relevant agency resources.
- Cultivate relationships and execute marketing opportunities that drive traffic through integrated platform providers.
- Look for synergies between SEO and SEM strategies.
- Manage the creative team project to ensure timely delivery of campaign assets at the bottom of the funnel.
- Support omnichannel and CRM strategies to promote brand growth.
- Maintain a data-centric approach through continuous experimentation and optimization to meet and exceed business goals (image testing, landing pages, audience, etc.).
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 5-8 years of experience in digital marketing and e-commerce, preferably experience in scaling paid marketing channels and platforms.
- Specific experience in retail, branded e-commerce and agency management.
- In-depth knowledge of direct response, digital marketing, e-commerce and lead generation, as well as online business models and KPIs.
- Ability to transform empirical data into in-depth strategic decisions and actionable plans.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload.

- Extremely organized entrepreneur and skilled in managing programs and relationships.
