We’re looking for a dynamic Senior Manager, Digital Marketing and Sales to join our innovative team leading our agency partners and media campaigns. This role is crucial for boosting our digital sales growth and refining our marketing approaches with a focus on KPI attainment via efficient use of marketing budgets. If you excel in managing both paid and organic digital campaigns, analyzing performance data, and ensuring our digital efforts align with business goals, we want to hear from you! Experience targeting the Hispanic market and integrating digital sales and marketing into an omni-channel strategy is a big plus. Being bilingual (Spanish and English is essential.)
Areas of Responsibility:
Strategic Planning and Execution:
- Create and implement robust digital marketing and sales strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Work closely with product, technology, and business development teams to align digital initiatives with our business objectives.
- Seamlessly integrate digital marketing and sales into an omni-channel strategy, ensuring a cohesive message and excellent customer experience across both digital and traditional marketing channels.
Paid Media Strategy and Management:
- Develop and manage comprehensive paid media strategies across various digital channels, including search engines, social media, and display advertising.
- Oversee relationships with paid media digital marketing agencies to ensure effective campaign execution and performance.
- Optimize paid media campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve sales targets within set budgets.
Digital Campaign Management:
- Lead the creation, execution, and optimization of both paid and organic digital marketing campaigns.
- Maintain strong relationships with digital agencies and third-party vendors to ensure campaign success.
- Design targeted marketing campaigns for the Hispanic market, utilizing cultural insights and language preferences.
Sales and Performance Analysis:
- Conduct in-depth analysis of digital marketing and sales performance using key metrics and data analytics tools.
- Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on campaign effectiveness, user acquisition costs, and ROI, using clear and visual presentations.
- Use dashboards for real-time performance tracking and actionable insights.
- Work cross-functionally across agencies and internal analytics teams for the creation of dashboards and report development for campaign optimization and delivery to leadership.
Budget and Forecasting:
- Develop and manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring resources are optimally allocated for maximum ROI.
- Prepare and present forecasts for digital sales and marketing performance, adjusting strategies as needed to meet targets.
Team Leadership and Development:
- Build a high-performing digital marketing team, aligning structure and strategy with the short and long-term needs of the business.
- Lead and mentor your team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Identify training and development opportunities to enhance team capabilities.
Innovation and Growth:
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing and fintech.
- Implement innovative marketing tactics to drive growth and competitive advantage.
Experience Expectations:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 7-10 years of experience in digital marketing and sales, with at least 3 years in a senior management role.
- Proven success in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns in the fintech or financial services industry.
- Experience targeting the Hispanic market, with a deep understanding of cultural nuances and language preferences.
- Experience integrating digital sales and marketing into an omni-channel strategy inclusive of traditional marketing channels.
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting complex data and making data-driven decisions.
- Experience managing digital marketing budgets and forecasting sales performance.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of mentoring and developing team members.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Looker Studio, Appsflyer SEMrush, HubSpot, and CRM systems.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Bilingual (Spanish and English) highly preferred.
