We're looking for a Creative Marketing Manager who's not afraid to think outside the box and bring fresh, innovative ideas to our marketing campaigns. You'll be the bridge between strategy and execution, ensuring our creative assets are not only visually appealing but also strategically sound and performance-driven. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of marketing principles, a keen eye for creative communication, and the ability to translate data and insights into compelling visuals and messaging.
Key Focus Areas:
- Creative Vision & Strategy: Lead the development and execution of creative concepts for marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand strategy, target audience, and performance goals.
- Data-Driven Creativity: Leverage market research, consumer insights, and performance data to inform creative decisions and optimize campaign effectiveness.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with digital marketing, product marketing, and design teams to ensure seamless integration of creative assets across all channels and touchpoints.
What you will do at VeSync:
Creative Vision & Strategy:
- Develop and own creative concepts, except artistic direction, for marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social, print, and experiential.
- Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and cinematographers to produce high-quality, engaging content that resonates with our target audience.
- Ensure creative assets are aligned with brand guidelines, messaging strategy, and performance objectives.
- Oversee the production of various marketing assets, such as digital advertisements, print materials, website content, videos, and social media graphics.
Data-Driven Creativity:
- Utilize market research, consumer insights, and performance data to inform creative decisions and optimize campaign effectiveness.
- Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to measure the impact of creative variations on key performance indicators.
- Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing analytics teams to evaluate the effectiveness of creative assets and campaigns.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner with digital marketing to ensure seamless integration of creative assets across all channels and touchpoints.
- Collaborate with product marketing to develop creative strategies that support product launches and drive adoption.
- Work closely with the design team to maintain brand consistency and elevate the visual identity of Pawsync to boost brand recall rates.
What you bring to the role:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in a creative marketing or advertising role, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful campaigns
- Experience in consumer products, consumer electronics or physical goods
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup-like environment.
- A strong understanding of marketing strategy, consumer behavior, and data analysis
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams
- A portfolio showcasing your creative work and demonstrating your ability to translate data and insights into compelling visuals and messaging
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, possibly including some copywriting skills
- Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Location: This is an on-site, office based role in Tustin, CA.
Salary: $100,000 - $110,000 annually
