QUALIFICATIONS :
- Minimum three (3) years of recent civil litigation experience; transactional experience, Plaintiff P.I. experience, a plus;
- Ability to independently litigate a case from drafting complaints, discovery, depositions, law and motion, court appearances, mediations, arbitrations and trial;
- Must possess excellent analytical, research and communication skills (oral and written);
- Must possess strong organizational, interpersonal, planning and time management skills.
