I have an ongoing Locums CRNA opening in South Central Washington that guarantees 40-50 hours per week. Please see details below:
Location: Yakima County
Start Date: Sept 2
End Date: Ongoing
Shifts: 10 hour shifts, M-F, No Call, No holidays
Skills: ENT, general surgery, GI Endoscopy, GYN, podiatry, OB, orthopedics, podiatry, (healthy) pediatric cases, robotic procedures, urology and vascular (no CT or Neuro)
Requirements:
- Board Certified CRNA
- Active, Clean WA License
- ACLS Certification
- Clean background/malpractice
- Full time availability
EMR: Epic
Credentialing: All required documents must be submitted within 72 hours of request; credentialing
timeframe is approximately 45 days; temporary privileges are available
Travel & Lodging are covered
Malpractice insurance provided
Rate: please present your preferred rate range; I will present you at the top of the range and will not
go below the lower end unless approved by you
