Types of Cases: General, Ortho, ENT, Plastics, Ophthalmology, PEDS, Foot/Ankle, Spine, Gastro, Pain Management
Credentialing: 90 average, up to 120 days
Care Team Model: 4 CRNA: 1 MD
Required:
FL License; active and unrestricted
NBCRNA
ACLS, BLS, PALS
Minimum 20 shifts per month
Travel expenses and malpractice insurance are provided.
