Schedule needed for Assignment :
Dates of Coverage: Beginning November 1, ongoing
Monday-Friday, 8 hour days with call
Job Requirements:
Board Certified in Electrophysiology
Fellowship Training
Active Ohio license
ACLS, BLS
Job Details:
Facility would PREFER a full-time provider, but there is a likelihood they will split coverage among 1-3 providers. Open to great candidates that have 2+ weeks/month availability.
Dates of Coverage: beginning November 1 ongoing
Reason for Coverage: EP physician is leaving
Practice Setting: Office clinic, procedures, and hospital rounding
Trauma Level/Designation: Level 2
Documentation System/EMR: EPIC
Patient Age Demographic: Adult
Procedures/Surgeries required: Radiofrequency Ablation (Catheter Ablation)
Additional Procedures required or Preferred: Devices, ICU, pacemakers, Micros, EP studies
