As a Communications Coordinator for a fast-growing healthcare company with significant career advancement opportunities, you would help bring to life our commitment to patient-focused culture and service.
Key job responsibilities
You'll be a part of our growing Communications team to help create internal and external content that supports our business expansion, employee engagement efforts, and storytelling that showcases US Med-Equip as an employer and vendor of choice. You'll work closely with Sales, Operations, HR and other departments to help produce engaging content.
A day in the life
- Brainstorm and collaborate with the Communications team and other departments to help develop ideas for and produce creative digital communications campaigns
- Create compelling content, including videos, to support sales marketing efforts and employee onboarding, training and more
- Help write, produce and seek opportunities for dynamic digital communications such as social media, employee magazine and instructional guide content, and more
- Participate in regular strategy meetings with leaders across multiple departments and professional development trainings
- Enhance the company’s web presence with fresh website content supporting SEO optimization
- Additional duties as assigned

Education/Experience
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, journalism, communications or a related field
- At least 2 years' experience creating compelling digital content
- B2B, AP-style and design experience a plus

- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, meet tight deadlines, and work collaboratively
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, including persistent follow-up
- Careful attention to detail and proofreading skills

- Ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies and processes
- Eager to learn and grow professionally
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to travel as demands for projects require
