Kramer America is the fast-paced company in the Automotive industry behind SMARTLINER USA, a leading custom fit floor liner brand in the country. In this role, you will be working and responsible for the development of marketing campaigns for the SMARTLINER USA brand and product line.
Responsibilities for the Marketing Campaign Coordinator include campaign planning, coordinating with each campaign publisher to execute campaigns under specific budgets, goals, etc. Responsible for reviewing plan delivery based on post logs, original flow, and optimizing following campaign based on performance. Data analytics, reporting, and recommendations will be expected as part of the role.
Organization and project management skills are essential in organizing and managing marketing campaigns. Must be able to manage the day independently but the ideal candidate isn’t afraid of teamwork and asking questions.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Reviewing campaign proposals and flows for accuracy.
- Ensuring campaign delivery.
- Post Log to Invoice Reconciliation.
- Maintaining and building reports on campaign performance and delivery.
- Responsible for ensuring campaigns stay within approved budgets.
- Analyzing website KPIs and determining follow-up action on the campaign side.
- Sending and Confirming traffic instructions and creative delivery per network.
- Other projects as assigned.

Number of Hours Per Week: 40 hours, in office 7 AM to 4 PM Monday through Friday
This role is open for internship applicants at less hours per week.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Preferred:
- College degree in business, logistics, or related field.
- Experience in marketing, especially linear marketing, television marketing, etc.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

This is an in person position Monday through Friday 7 AM - 4 PM. In order to support our customers, vacation requests are not granted during our peak season unless otherwise required by law.
