Responsibilities Reporting to theAssociate Director of Financial Operations, Enterprise Services, this role is responsible for providing analytical support to the Finance and Department Leaders, generating standard monthly operational and financial reports, and completing ad hoc requests and special projects as needed. The Sr Analyst Financial Operations position can be a launching pad to a career within Operations, Finance, or Corporate Development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze monthly results and provide commentary on key variances to budget, forecast, and prior periods
- Perform analytics to support the Financial Operations team and Dept Leaders and identify business implications of analysis
- Generate standard monthly operating/financial reports
- Complete annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting
- Complete ad hoc requests and special projects
- Build presentations for monthly Enterprise Reviews
Qualifications- Qualified candidate will be highly analytical, a critical thinker, intellectually curious, with decision making skills.
- Very proficient to expert level skillset using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, proactively managing multiple stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills - ability to use discretion, prioritize, maintain attention to detail and recognize time constraints.
- Must have 3-4 years of relevant experience working in relevant business field
- Bachelors degree in business field required Finance/Economics/Accounting
- Masters degree is preferred but not required
