Responsibilities:
Coordinate all aspects of the vehicle sales process from credit application to vehicle funding
Prepare periodic financial reports adhering to generally accepted accounting principles
Ensure compliance of vehicle sales contracts with state and group requirements
Manage vendors and outsourcing activities
Collaborate with central accounting to produce timely financial statements
Support sales teams across the organization to facilitate efficient vehicle funding and processing
Ensure timely funding for contracts in transit
Perform additional duties as assigned to support sales and accounting operations
Qualifications:
Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles
Strong communication and customer service skills
Dependable with a strong work ethic
Professional demeanor and appearance
Valid driver's license
Knowledge of dealership accounting principles is essential
Experience in business office duties
High School diploma or GED required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and advanced computer skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
