Job Title: Marketing Manager

As a growing private equity backed organization the company is in need of a dynamic Marketing Manager to help manage marketing efforts as well as work with local agencies managing various local advertising efforts.
Position Overview: The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. This role requires a creative and data-driven individual who can effectively manage marketing campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance our market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve company goals and objectives. Identify target audiences, set clear goals, and determine the best channels and tactics for reaching them.
- Campaign Management: Oversee the creation, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, print, social media, and event marketing. Ensure campaigns are aligned with brand messaging and deliver measurable results.
- Content Creation: Collaborate with content creators to develop compelling marketing materials, including website content, blog posts, email newsletters, social media updates, and promotional materials. Ensure consistency in brand voice and messaging.
- Market Research: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs. Use insights to inform marketing strategies and make data-driven decisions.
- Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget, allocate resources effectively, and track expenses to ensure campaigns are executed within budget. Provide regular reports on marketing ROI and performance.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, customer service, and product development teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives and support cross-functional initiatives.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using key performance indicators (KPIs). Generate reports and insights to evaluate effectiveness and recommend improvements.
- Brand Management: Maintain and enhance the company’s brand image and reputation. Ensure all marketing materials and communications are consistent with brand guidelines.
- Customer Engagement: Develop strategies to engage with existing customers and attract new ones. Foster positive relationships through targeted campaigns and personalized communication.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certification is a plus.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in marketing management, preferably in the home services or related industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO/SEM, content marketing, social media, and analytics tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content and deliver compelling presentations.
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools, such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and design platforms (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
