What You’ll Do:
As a Clinical Excellence Facilitator, you’ll play a pivotal role in revolutionizing how we deliver care. You’ll collaborate with a talented group of physicians and healthcare professionals to identify and eliminate unnecessary variations in practice, streamline processes, and ensure the highest standards of patient care are met. You’ll be the go-to expert, leading initiatives with OR Services leadership, the Perioperative Management Team, and other key players.
What We’re Looking For:
- Education: BSN required, Master's in a related field preferred.
- Experience: At least 6 years of nursing experience, with a strong emphasis on quality and safety. Process-improvement experience is a plus!
- Certification: Registered Nurse (RN) with a commitment to obtaining a Safety or Quality certification within your first year.
- Skills: Stellar communication skills and experience in physician engagement are highly desirable.
