Hours: Monday-Friday with occasional clinic events

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and health-focused Functional Medicine Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in health and wellness, with an emphasis on fitness and holistic care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer vaccines to patients in accordance with established protocols.
- Schedule and book client appointments for consultations and follow-ups.
- Conduct initial health screenings, including taking weight, muscle mass, medical history, and blood samples.
- Provide patient consultations and support, focusing on integrative and functional medicine approaches.
- Educate patients on health, wellness, and fitness practices that complement their medical treatments.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Collaborate with pharmacists and other healthcare providers to optimize patient care.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health regulations and guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Registered Nurse (RN) with a current license in the state of Texas.
- Experience in administering vaccines and performing health screenings.
- Strong background in health and wellness, with a focus on fitness and holistic care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate patient records.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.
