Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for a Marketing Manager. This role will play a pivotal role in orchestrating and advancing marketing efforts with a key focus on national and international trade shows and exhibitions. This role is designed for a strategic thinker who thrives in a dynamic environment and has a proven track record in driving brand presence and customer engagement through high-profile events and innovative marketing strategies.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Marketing Leadership:
- Formulate and implement high-impact marketing strategies that align with company’s growth objectives and elevate brand presence on both domestic and international stages.
Tradeshow and Exhibition Management:
- Spearhead our participation in major trade shows and exhibitions worldwide. This includes orchestrating logistics, managing booth design and setup, and coordinating with global partners to ensure a standout presence.
Integrated Campaign Development:
- Oversee the creation and execution of comprehensive marketing campaigns across diverse channels, including digital, print, PR, and social media, to maximize visibility and engagement.
Creative Direction:
- Lead the development of visually compelling marketing materials and campaigns, pushing the envelope to deliver memorable and impactful messaging.
Market Insight and Analysis:
- Continuously monitor and analyze industry trends, customer behaviors, and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decisions and identify new opportunities for growth.
Budget and Resource Management:
- Develop annual marketing plans, manage budgets, and optimize resource allocation to achieve maximum return on investment and operational efficiency.
Event Coordination:
- Manage all aspects of marketing events and exhibitions, including venue booking, travel arrangements, and the procurement of promotional materials to ensure successful execution.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with design teams, copywriters, and other stakeholders to create high-quality marketing content and support product development and market positioning.
Technological Adaptation:
- Evaluate and implement marketing technologies and tools to enhance effectiveness and streamline processes.
Performance Monitoring:
- Track and report on key performance indicators such as campaign effectiveness, customer engagement metrics, and overall marketing ROI.
Industry Engagement:
- Stay abreast of emerging marketing trends, technologies, and best practices, recommending and implementing innovative approaches as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a senior marketing role, with significant expertise in managing large-scale trade shows and exhibitions.
- Demonstrated success in a leadership role with a strong creative background and a track record of driving effective marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Deep understanding of marketing principles and best practices, exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, and proficiency with digital marketing tools, Adobe Creative Suite, and CRM systems.
