Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse with experience in Medical/Surgical settings to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide quality patient care in clinics, hospitals, and other healthcare facilities.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor patient conditions and report changes to healthcare providers
- Assist with discharge planning and patient education
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Utilize medical terminology and maintain accurate patient records
- Provide acute care for patients in medical/surgical units
- Offer specialized care for senior patients
- Must be able to work as part of a team. 1:6 patient ratio
Requirements:
- Valid RN license and BLS certification
- Previous experience in medical/surgical or acute care settings
Must Haves:
- NV RN License
- Associate Degree or Higher in Nursing
- American Heart Association BLS
Nice to Haves:
Previous Hospital Experience
Shift: Day/Night 06:45 – 19:15 or 18:45 – 07:15, including every other weekend.
