Daddy Sports is committed to making sports simulation widely accessible. The future of sport is practiced and played at-home or in specialized training facilities. We’re making simulators affordable and accesible starting with Golf. We built a $99 golf simulator that is disrupting an industry where the average cost of a simulator is $5000. What you'll do
- Conceptualize, script, and shoot engaging short-form content for TikTok and IG.
- Produce short-form social video content for organic and performance marketing across social platforms that aligns with content strategies.
- Work in a small, startup environment. We're a small team, which means your ideas and direction will almost always be reflected in the content we produce.
- Brainstorm, plan, and produce engaging and creative TikTok videos that resonate with our target audience.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest TikTok trends and incorporate them into our content strategy.
- Edit and optimize videos for maximum engagement and reach.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align TikTok content with overall brand messaging and campaigns.
What you'll need
- Highly motivated with a positive attitude and a strong passion for golf.
- Comfortable being on camera in-office and in public to film a variety of content.
- Expert storytelling skills while being able to build and cultivate community.
- Ability to edit short-form content that’s social-first
- Experience in creating content for paid marketing campaigns a plus
- Proficient in Adobe Premiere CC, with a knack for storytelling through video.

Daddy Sport’s culture is lively and in-person. Team members are in the office 5 days per week, 8am to 5pm at the Irvine, CA headquarters. This requires occasional weekend work and long hours.
