Position Title: Partnership Associate
Job Type: Independent Contractor (No insurance, PTO, & benefits; candidate will be responsible for any tax and insurance)
We are seeking a Partnership Associate who is passionate about blockchain and cryptocurrency to drive our co-branding initiatives and marketing collaborations. This role requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and excellent interpersonal skills to develop and manage partnerships that enhance TRON’s market presence through innovative co-marketing strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Develop CoBranding Partnerships: Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with brands that align with TRON’s values and market goals. Initiate and negotiate co-branding opportunities that benefit both TRON and the partner.
- Manage Marketing Collaborations: Oversee the execution of co-marketing campaigns, from conceptualization through to launch, ensuring they meet strategic objectives and enhance brand visibility.
- Campaign Coordination: Collaborate with internal marketing teams and external partners to ensure seamless integration and execution of joint marketing efforts.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on the performance of co-branding activities, utilizing data to drive decisions and optimize future campaigns.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary liaison between TRON and our partners, maintaining strong, productive relationships and ensuring clear communication and alignment on all projects.
- Market Research: Stay informed of industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential marketing opportunities and partnerships.
Who You Are:
- Experienced: 2-3 years in a marketing, partnerships, or related role, ideally within the tech or blockchain industry.
- Strategic Thinker: Able to develop strategies that align with TRON’s long-term goals and adapt to the evolving market.
- Exceptional Communicator: Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of crafting engaging presentations and effectively negotiating with partners.
- Organized and Proactive: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive them to completion.
- Team Player: Comfortable working in a collaborative environment, yet able to work independently when needed.
- Passionate: Genuine interest in blockchain technology and a desire to make a tangible impact within the industry.
- Willing to Travel: Available to attend events and meet with partners as needed.
