Public Relations Manager – Restaurants
Job duties for the Public Relations Manager:
- Social media post creation, strategies, and management.
- Manage advertising campaigns (google ads, social media, digital): creation, analytics, timelines.
- Monitor customer reviews and ratings – engage and promote.
- Storytell / market the company’s values, mission, and offerings.
- Coordinate press releases, media kits, etc.
- Build relationships with partner vendors, community partners, or influencers.
- Organize promotional events or programs.
- Enhance the company image.
Qualifications for the Public Relations Manager:
- Bachelor Degree in: PR, Marketing, Communications, or similar field.
- 2+ years of PR experience in restaurant, hospitality, or similar field.
- Strong knowledge of all social media platforms and strategies.
- Proficient in Canva, adobe creative suite, video and photo editing, graphic design a big plus!
- Google ads experience is a plus
- Creative mindset – great at storytelling.
- Manages multiple deadlines, projects, and stakeholders.
- Creative and analytical thinker.
