We are on the hunt for a Brand Manager - a natural hustler - to change the way people take care of their health.
Think of yourself as the Pablo Escobar of wellness; you'll be overseeing shipments of antioxidants, supervising drops of superfoods, and creating Instagrammable stand-offs against unhealthy options. Our brand is all about "slinging" wellness powders like our life depends on it. We aren't the bad guys though. We're just making the world healthier, one packet at a time.
To date, we've sold out 10+ times, shipped 2M+ servings and have earned 100M+ views on our content. We are one of the largest organically grown wellness brands on TikTok (as well as TikTok Shop) and are planning for retail expansion this year.
What You'll Do:
As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for crafting our brand identity across all our marketing channels. This involves planning and developing an entertaining content strategy, working with brand ambassadors, building out creative marketing campaigns, engaging with our customers/community, and more. You will be at the forefront of all things brand & social and the work you'll do will directly impact the way our customers perceive and use Feel Goods.
What Your Responsibilities Are:
- Working closely with the founders and the creative team to refine our brand vision, voice, and identity across all our marketing channels.
- Creating engaging content to spread awareness about our mission and products.
- Building out an effective influencer/ambassador program.
- Developing strategic collaborations with other brands and venues.
- Fostering our community on social media while developing intimacy at scale.
What You Bring:
- Ability to create and adapt content and marketing campaigns to take advantage of relevant social trends/culture.
- Desire to challenge the status quo of how wellness products are perceived by finding fun, new ways to market them.
- You're organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated, with the ability to easily transition between multiple tasks in a fast-paced working environment.
- Prior experience in a creative marketing role (or similar) at a consumer-facing brand is preferred, but not required.
