About the Role: The Digital Media Manager will play a pivotal role in managing and growing NFRA’s consumer-facing brand, Easy Home Meals. This position requires a strategic thinker and creative executor who can lead and elevate our digital media efforts focused on frozen and refrigerated foods through innovative storytelling, strategic campaigns, and effective community awareness and engagement.
Responsibilities:
Digital Media Strategy:
- Work with Senior Director of Marketing to implement a comprehensive digital media plan to enhance Easy Home Meals’ brand visibility and consumer engagement.
- Own and manage the content calendar across all digital and social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest and YouTube.
- Align social media plans with overarching brand marketing strategies and objectives.
- Make recommendations and implement new digital and social media activations, functionalities, and engagement strategies.
Content Creation & Management:
- Create and curate engaging, brand-aligned content for websites, e-newsletters, blogs, and social media channels.
- Write compelling copy that resonates with our target audience and adheres to the Easy Home Meals brand voice.
- Work with agency partners to manage a team of content creators.
- Ensure all content follows best practices for SEM and SEO.
Community Management: Our goal is to be the go-to resource for busy individuals and families, providing easy and delicious recipes, meal planning tips, and nutritional information using frozen and refrigerated foods. We aim to inspire and support when making convenient and healthy meal choices.
- Manage day-to-day community engagement across all social media channels, fostering positive relationships with our audience.
- Respond to comments and messages promptly, enhancing brand visibility and loyalty.
- Monitor brand mentions and relevant conversations, actively participating to promote our brand.
Member Brand Deliverables:
- Manage member CPG brand deliverables, ensuring timely and effective execution.
- Assist in managing partner relationships, planning, and executing new PR initiatives.
- Compile content and manage recaps for promotion and PR sponsors.
Website Management (EHM.com):
- Oversee the management of EHM.com, including design updates, content maintenance, logo management, consumer giveaways, banner ads, and recipes.
- Collaborate with agency partners for any design and functional updates on the website.
- Ensure the website is up-to-date with fresh content and visually aligned with the brand's goals.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze digital media performance, providing regular reports on key metrics (quarterly at a minimum).
- Track the success of digital media campaigns against established goals and benchmarks.
- Use data-driven insights to inform and adjust strategies, optimizing content and engagement tactics.
- Present findings and recommendations to leadership.

- You are a strong communicator, both written + verbal. You can represent the Easy Home Meals brand to consumers with professionalism.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing social channels and developing digital media strategies.
- Strong fluency in social media and content creation. Experience in filming, video editing, and caption writing helpful.
- Proficient in graphic design using tools such as Canva, Adobe Suite, Hootsuite and Sprout for asset creation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly detail-oriented, ensuring all content meets brand standards.
- Ability to manage third party relationships.
- Passion for digital media and content creation.
Additional qualifications beneficial to role:
- Prior experience with influencer marketing and partnership management.
- Strong understanding of SEM and SEO best practices.
- Experience with analytics tools to track and report on performance.
