Medstaff is assisting with hiring an Urgent Care physician for a client located south of Winston Salem Requires Board Certification in Family, Urgent Care or Emergency medicine, NC license, DEA, ACLS and recent urgent care experience Hours of operation are 8am-8pm M-F and 8am-5pm Sat/Sun, seeing about 3-4 patients per hour 15-17 shifts per month, requiring 50% weekend shifts Coverage to include Asthma, COPD, Bronchitis, Pneumonia, Sinuses, allergies, STDs, broken bones, sprains, eye irritations, pediatrics 3 months and up, school and pre-employment physicals DOT certification would be preferred, but not a requirement Procedures to include abscess drainage, laceration repair, fracture care/splinting, ingrown nail removal, minor foreign body removal (on-site EKG and X-ray) Great pay, bonus and benefits package For more information and to line up a phone interview, please contact Lori Jannings at
