Position Overview:

As a Promotional Events Assistant at The Bleu Group, you will be an integral part of our event marketing team, helping to plan, execute, and promote various events for our clients, including impactful campaigns for nonprofits. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and coordination of promotional events.
- Engage with event attendees to promote brands and products effectively.
- Set up and break down event spaces, ensuring all materials and equipment are in place.
- Support the Events Manager in managing event logistics and ensuring smooth operations.
- Participate in promotional activities, including distributing materials and samples.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and event participants.
- Gather and report feedback from events to help improve future initiatives.
- Contribute to sales efforts by promoting participation and encouraging brand engagement.
