Job Description:
We are looking for an entry-level Community Manager to join our team and work with a few exciting brands in the hip-hop, entertainment, sports, comedy and politics zeitgeist.

You are the ultimate team player. You’re ready to dive into new projects and learn quickly. You have the flexibility and organization to manage your core responsibilities of publishing content for multiple brands on a variety of platforms daily, in addition to chipping into other creative tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Own content calendars for multiple brands
- Publish content to Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts
- Traffic assets to key stakeholders
- Liaise between internal team and client to send live links to paid media/coordinate collab posts
- Work with video editor to give feedback and finalize social clips for podcasts
- Respond and react to replies and mentions
- Pull metrics + reporting for clients
- Create content + blog posts for Very Online Agency
- Assist Shopify for clients
- Upload to YouTube for creators
- Occasionally capture iPhone content + editing
- Support the concepting of creative campaigns
Qualifications:
- Strong writing skills
- Ability to shoot photos + videos on iPhone
- Basic iPhone/CapCut editing
- Passionate about social media
- Excellent communicator
- Basic knowledge of of platforms and willingness to become an expert on Tik/ IG/ YT/ Snap
- Willingness to learn Shopify
- Good understanding of internet culture
- Extremely organized, and able to juggle and manage multiple projects at a time
- A diligent worker with the ability to be flexible
- Ability to identify moments that perform well on social

Knowledge in Design, Illustrator, Photoshop
