As an Account Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of
Brand/Lifestyle accounts, overseeing creative campaigns, and driving results through strategic
planning and execution.
The Role:
- Lead a team of account executives and coordinators, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure successful campaign execution.
- Execute external communications strategies including media relations and pitching to top-tier press outlets
- Develop and implement creative concepts and ideas that enhance brand visibility and engage audiences across various platforms, including traditional and digital media.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, serving as their trusted advisor and strategic partner, proactively identifying opportunities to grow and enhance their brands.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and innovative PR practices, providing insights and recommendations to clients and the agency.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and prepare comprehensive reports to measure the effectiveness and impact of PR efforts.
The Ideal Candidate:
- 5+ years of experience in a PR agency environment, with a focus on creative campaign management.
- Stellar media relations skills with contacts at top-tier press outlets
- Experience working with large consumer and lifestyle brands
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and present ideas effectively.
- In-depth knowledge of traditional and digital media landscapes, including social media platforms and emerging PR trends.
- Strong client relationship management skills, with a proven track record of building and nurturing long-term partnerships.
