Employee Owned Holdings, Inc. (EOHI) is a family of employee-owned companies that specialize in highly engineered solutions. EOHI provides corporate services - HR, Accounting, Marketing, Operations and IT support for the group of companies outlined below. We are hiring a Marketing Specialist to lead our social media efforts, design marketing materials, assist with customer events and tradeshows, and additional projects on our marketing team. Our company believes in promoting from within and will give this individual meaningful projects to learn & grow within the company.

Responsibilities:
Design/Graphics
- Create high-quality graphics for digital and print media, including social media posts, banners, brochures, and advertisements.
- Collaborate with the marketing team and company stakeholders to develop visual content that supports marketing campaigns.
- Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent look and feel across all materials.
- Update and refine design assets as needed to reflect brand evolution.
- Utilize design tools like Canva (most important) Adobe Creative Suite, and other graphic design software to produce content.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends and tools to enhance creativity and productivity.
Social Media (Reels/Videos, Captions, Designing in Canva)
- Produce engaging reels and videos for various social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
- Design visually appealing graphics and layouts using Canva or other design tools.
- Develop and implement a social media strategy aligned with business goals.
- Schedule and publish posts regularly across all social media channels.
- Monitor and respond to comments and messages to foster community engagement.
- Write compelling captions and posts that resonate with the target audience.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand voice and messaging.
- Track and analyze social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns.
- Adjust strategies based on data-driven insights to improve engagement and reach.
- Manage social media influencer program by creating content for influencers and tracking effectiveness of posts.
Marketing Event & Tradeshow Support
- Assist in planning and organizing marketing events, tradeshows, and conferences.
- Coordinate logistics such as venue selection, vendor management, and travel arrangements.
- Design and produce promotional materials, including banners, flyers, and booth displays.
- Ensure all materials are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
- Provide on-site support during events, including setting up and dismantling displays, managing registration, and engaging with attendees.
- Capture photos and videos during events for post-event marketing.
Copywriting
- Write clear, persuasive, and engaging content for various marketing channels, including websites, blogs, emails, and social media.
- Develop content that aligns with the overall marketing strategy and objectives.
- Edit and proofread content to ensure it is free from errors and adheres to brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with other team members to refine and improve copy.
- Conduct keyword research and incorporate SEO best practices into written content.
- Optimize content to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.
- Assist with content calendar to ensure deadlines are met and goals are achieved.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, journalism or design related degree.
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing or design related roles.
- Experience working in manufacturing or oil & gas related fields a plus.
EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
- Expertise in creating high-quality graphics for digital and print media.
- Expertise in video creation and editing (preferably in Canva).
- Experience with design in Canva and utilizing Canva’s tools is critical.
- Skilled in assisting with the planning and organizing of marketing events and tradeshows.
- Experienced in coordinating logistics such as venue selection, vendor management, and travel arrangements.
- Strong ability to write clear, persuasive, and engaging content for various marketing channels.
- Experienced in developing content aligned with overall marketing strategy and objectives.
- Strong collaboration skills to develop visual content supporting marketing campaigns.
- Ability to effectively communicate with a large variety of stakeholders including top leadership across all companies.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and responsibilities and prioritize deadlines.
- Ability to work in a collaborative team atmosphere.
